Crystal Liu (l) and Jia Wei get the soap bubbles floating as they volunteer to help the small children at the Shorewood Library's 13th annual Summer Celebration July 20th. Face painting, games, music, ice cream sundaes and a handful of sports team mascots made the warm evening fun.
