An exuberant, face-painted Savannah Kasinski, 6 years old, frolics in the make-your-own scarecrow area at the Harvest Fair event at State Fair Park Sept. 27. Warm temperatures and a simultaneous Makers Faire event had the Fair grounds packed for the weekend.
