The Dan Dricken Studio, located in Riverwest, Milwaukee, held a "Dog Days of Summer Aluminum Pour" August 27th. Participants carved their own art into 10"x10" silica sand molds (such as my Arts & Crafts style pine cones attempt), and more experienced sculptors brought larger molds to pour.
